Our Selection process
Although we operate a non-discriminatory selection policy, it is essential that our nannies:
are native Greek speakers and speak English at least at a basic level;
have proven childcare experience;
provide us with proof of identity (original passport / identity card and original driving licence if they have one);
provide us with proof of address (two original utility bills or bank statements);
provide us with proof of any relevant qualifications (original or certified copy of relevant diplomas obtained);
provide us with at least two references from employers who have hired them in the last 3 years (and who will be contacted by us);
provide us with an enhanced CRB / DBS disclosure certificate (if you have lived in the UK for over 6 months) or equivalent clearance from Greece (pistopoiitiko poinikou mitroou).
Our selection process is divided in two stages:
1. Application stage
If you are interested in registering with our agency please send us an email at (email@example.com) so that we send you an application form.
Your application form will be evaluated and if you are successful you will be contacted for an interview.
2. Interview stage
If we are going to support you as a candidate it is very important for us to get to know you.
During our meeting, we will ask you to expand on the information given on your application form and we will be answering any questions that you may have. We will also ask you to provide us with the documents required for your registration.
We aim to ensure that our candidates’ skills and preferences fit our clients’ requirements. And as a nanny/tutor you will benefit from joining our agency, as we will do our best to place you with a family that will be perfectly suited to you.
